Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 3.5+)
Flip, balance, climb, and soar! Our Recreational Gymnastics Program builds strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate skills and equipment. From rolls and cartwheels to aerials, handsprings, and sequences, students progress at their own pace in a fun, supportive environment. With over 16 years of experience, we help kids thrive on beam, bars, vault, rings, rope, and TumbleTrak—while developing a lifelong love of movement!
Dance
Youth Dance Program (Ages 2.5–17)
From first steps to advanced expression, our ballet-based dance program offers something for every young mover. Dancers build technique, confidence, and creativity in engaging classes like Mini Tumbling, Ballet & Tap, Gymnastics Ballet & Tap, Primary Ballet & Jazz, and JLC (Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary) for juniors and teens.
